By accessing and using IBV International Vaults services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
IBV International Vaults provides premium safe deposit box and vault storage services for precious metals, diamonds, jewelry, and other valuables. Services are available at our locations in London, Dubai, Switzerland, and South Africa.
You must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws to use our services. We reserve the right to verify identity and source of assets before account activation.
The following items are prohibited in our facilities:
Storage fees are charged monthly based on vault size and access level. Additional charges apply for special services. All fees are transparent and provided before account activation. Failure to pay charges may result in access restrictions or legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBV International Vaults shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the vault is located and resolved through binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
